SMBD-QDD blade&scorer electric adjusted type thin blade slitter scorer
- Slitting blade electrically adjusted, pneumatic lifting, work with double smooth shaft guide way, pneumatic locking, assured the stable working, fast order changing.
- Scorer electrically adjusted, the above scorer pneumatic lifting, double smooth shaft guide way, pneumatic locking, fast order changing.
- The scorer part adopt button for rectification, can make the above and lower scorers align center.
- Adopt domestic or imported brand electric element.
- The former and latter rubber rollers minished the processable paper length. It can also slitting without scoring.
- Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
- Adopt two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard machining.
- Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance inphase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
- Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding types, it could be grinding when working, improve work efficiency.
