General introduction
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for burning purposes. Wood pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: groundnut shell, sugarcane bio-gases, caster shells/stalk, saw dust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other agro wastes
Specific description of product
1.This ring die pellet machine can save more powers being in a small size. In addition, it has low noise during working and the speed of its feeder can be regulated. It is with reasonable structure, beautiful shape and stable performance.
2.This ring die pellet machine can match various press moulds includingΦ6,Φ8 ,Φ10 and Φ12. The user can choose different press mould according to the different needs.
3.This ring die pellet machine is set up with security iron absorption device order to prevent the iron impurities during the production process, and it is wood pellet machine also installed with the safety whistle device as the protection while overload.
Raw material
All kinds of wood waste or agro-forestry waste can be used,such as:
1)Wood waste,scobs,branch,palm tree,sugarcane residue,sawdust,medical slag,hay,discarded edible fungus bags.
2)Bean stalk,wheat stalk,corn stalk,cotton stalks,sunflower stalks,mustard stalk,rice stalks,coffee husk,cotton shell,peanut shell,rice shell,coconut shell.
3)Livestock and poultry's waste,tea waste,tea waste,forestry wastes,forestry wastes,wood chips and many other organic waste resources.

1. Reasonable technology, high capacity and low energy consumption.
2. Modular Structure: The plant is compact, occupies less floor space and has low requirement on the mill tower, and needs low investment in civil works.

All process of product line
Wood pellet production line is also known as wood pellet plant or pellet plant which serves for making the agro-forestry wastes into solid fuel or wood pellets. It includes crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, and packaging machinery.
Crushing processing---hammer crusher
The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1-5mm. Thus if your material diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-5mm for supporting to produce pellets.
Drying processing--rotary dryer
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. The rotary dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.
Pelletizing
Pellet mill is the heart of the wood pellet production line, and has reliable running performance . It is special designed for compacting of wood, straw, and other biomass sources into pellet
Cooling
Usually after pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purposes, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and the moisture content, also help screen good and pure pellet
Packing processing
After cooling process, the wood pellets will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp, the packing process is very necessary
