1.Wholly welding structure, good rigidity, high strength, high precision, good-looking appearance and reasonable configuration.

3.E200 (motor speed regulation) NC system, mechanical stopper Y axis and back gauge X axis control. convenient operation, friendly HMI
4.Cylinder adopt forge piece, high strength, sealing element adopt imported seal ring(Japan NOK), with stable performance, good sealing effect, using long life.
5.Mechanical stopper and back gauge adopt motored adjustment, encoder detection, transmission adopt synchronous belt, with lower noise, convenient adjustment, displaying accuracy.
6.Back gauge is installed in right-left upright with good rigidity and fast speed moving , and equipping tuned manually. Finger with good rigidity, it can adjust up-down separately, easy operation, labor-saving.
7.Hydraulic pump adopt internal gear pumps with lower noise, reliable performance, pipeline adopt bright pipe, and joint adopt import American Parker joint with good appearance, good sealing effect, it can avoid joint leakage.
8.Toolings adopt rapid clamping device with rapid change tool, labor-saving,and with crowning function.upper tool height is increased, so that bending complex workpieces, bottom tool increasing section(63T is 80,100T is 90, 160T is 110), increasing bottom tool open mouth(63T is 40, 100T is 50, 160T is 60), machine processing range is improved.
