FEATURE OF EPS BLOCK PRODUCITON LINE
1.the machine adopts PLC and touch screen,easy to control, free to maintenance,high of automation degree.
2.The mould open, mould close,material feed, heating, preserve heat,air cooling,vacuum cooling,de-moulding and ejecting can realize both by semi-automatic and full automatic.
3.The machine adopts air cooling type,it's suit for producing low density block,forming time is fast and moisture content is low.
4.The machine adopts intensification heating and exhaust duct,steam saving,equality heating,forming time more faster.
5.The machine adopts advanced block-making technology to control heating of all the side, insure precisely dimension of block.
6.The machine is welded from high quality profile steel,through heat treatment,ensure high strength of the machine without deformation and possibility of bearing the expansion force of the high density and thick block.
7.The surface of machine cavity adopts high quality aluminium alloy plate and coated with Teflon, easy de-mould and good finish of block,long life of using.The machine use big feed gun for feeding material,feed material speed faster than before.
