Industrial Flake Ice Machine is designed to be modularized for easy maintenance. The evaporation tank of this machine is made of stainless steel SUS304 or carbon steel Chromium upon the user's requirements. The ice is very dry, pure, powerless, uneasy blocking. PLC controlling system can automatically control the whole process of producing ice with alarm of lacking water, full ice, high/low pressure, and motor reverse rotation protection so as to guarantee the machine run stably with less faults. The scratch-style ice dropping system inside machine ensures constant working with minimum power consumption. The patent processing technology allows for highly effecient heating transfer and energy saving.
The industrial flake ice machine always used in the field such as aquatic food & meat product processing, leather processing, fowl butchering, dye chemical industry, mines, concrete construction project,,etc.

200V/240V/400V/440V-60Hz-3P according to customers request.
(2) Standard Ambient Temperature: 25C. Water Supply Temperature 16C. Evaporating
Temperature -20C.
(3) Applicable ambient temperature 5C-40C. water supply temperature 0C-40C.
(4) This series products are applicable to fresh water, Refrigerant R404A ( for 500kg/day --
1000kg/day ice machine), Refrigerant R22 for 1500kg/day---3000kg/day ice
machines). If you choose R404A, please inform us in advance.
(5) The outer size includes ice storage bin size.
(6) Thickness of ice: 1.5mm-2mm
(7) The input power is given at standard voltage and working conditions and therefore is
only for reference.
