The performance parameters of German Bitzer compressor operating bases on European standard
EN12900 and50HZ ,its performance parameters through the European ASERCOM authentication. It is
applicable to HFC and HCFC refrigerants. IDEAL ice making machine mostly chose low-and-medium temperature compressor. As using restore gas cooling way, so when it’s used in the low
temperature condition and use R507a or R404a, in a large application scope may not need additional
cooling device.
Using PTC temperature sensors to control the temperature of motor, and the insulation class of motor
is IP65, therefore the compressor motor protected from it; Using Plating ptfe bearings, which have low friction and best emergency operation characteristics, and using splash lubrication,in this case,
the compressor can supply oil although under the extreme operating condition. All these design
characteristics make sure that the compressor can work over 15 years
The condenser used by IDEAL own a welding pressure vessel license which Issued by AQSIQ, it
has ISO9001,ISO14001 authentication. Using seamless stainless steel tube as cylinder and using
Threaded tube as internal heat transfer material, therefore it has high heat transmission effectiveness.
Considering the differences of the water quality in different areas, it may deposit inside the heat
transfer tube. So we adopt removable end plate design, which make clean conveniently and make the
condenser keeps excellent heat transfer performance sustaining.
Danfoss is the largest and best refrigeration parts supplier in the global. Expansion valve is used to
adjust the supply of liquid refrigerant in evaporator, and control refrigerant’s superheat degree. The
adjusting range of the expansion valve that IDEAL used is strictly controlled ±10% of the rated
refrigerating output, so that can ensure the refrigerant which into the compressor has certain super
heat degree. In this case, the compressor will not stroked by liquid and ensure ice forming
evenly and fatly
