General Information:
1. Daily capacity: from 1 ton to 100 tons per set/24 hours.
2. Weight of each block ice: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg....50kg...100kg. We also can customize for you.
3. Installation and operation is very easy. We will deliver the machine mainly as three parts to you. All you need to do is to connect the cooling tower with the refrigeration unit and connect refrigeration unit with the brine tank.
4. We will deliver the machine together with manual book which will instruct you how to install the machine and also teach you how to solve the common mistakes to the machines.

Brine system block ice machine structure and application:
(1)Brine system block ice machine structure: refrigeration unit, brine tank (ice making tank), water cooling tower/ air cooling fan, and necessary components. We will prepare the three in unit, you just need to connect the power and water pipes for the three parts. Pleas see the picture in the attachment.
(2)Daily production: 1 ton per day to 100 tons per day.
(3)Weight of block ice: 2.5kg,5kg, 10kg, 20kg…100kg, also can be done as your requirement.
(4)Power form supply: 380V/50HZ/3P (Can be customized based on your requirements), Refrigerant R22/R404a.
(5)Application: the block ice is use to reduce temperature, especially in Africa country where the power is not stable and the climate temperature is high. When the power is off, people use the block ice to cooling the drinking and beverage. And block ice is also used to keep fish fresh or crushed into small pieces to fresh vegetable and fruit.
