Feature :
This vacuum compress bag making machine is controlled by industrial PC, with CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) display, adopts 3servo motor with inverter control system for drag film, has self-seal zipper rack for hold zipper , and auto hole-puncher for valve ,auto fall-off slice, auto hot seal valve system, whole process wholly completely automatically. It is the idea specialized equipment for making vacuum compression bags
Performance and characteristics
1, whole machine controlled by Hangzhou Xinda computer control system with the interface of man-machine. More stable performance, easy for operation and maintenance,
2, double unwinder , double magnetic-powder tension control system for the unwinding rolls of film, double photoelectric tracing -system for edge position control , AC inverter control constant speeding auto material feeding, double swing- control as dancer for the unwinding film .
3, servo-motor for driving the feeding material for dragging control system.
4, main motor for up-down sealing and pressing equipped with inverter.
5,PID for sealing bar temperature adjustment, no touch auto control, centralized setting in man-machine interface.
6, equipped with pneumatic multi-function auto punching device, trimming and auto rewinding and static eliminator,
7, temperature adjustment range :0-300 ºC ,
8, counter: quantity ,batch accumulation, pre-set available,
9, operation method; by length fixation control or by photocell tracing control ,
10. Punching device: working rhythm can pre-set as continuous, inverter or stop, punching time can be pre-set,
11, material skip feeding, it can synchronouscontrol the unwinding analogquantity and the main analogquantity ,and achieve to continues feeding film .
12, batch conveying function available the quality of batch can be preset.
