It is heat treatment furnace, dealing with metal workpiece in periodicity works.Suitable for large and medium-sized metal workpiece for quenching, it can also be used to heat treatment in medium temperature condition.

Structure of furnace |
The furnace body is rectangular cuboid, welding by channel steel frame and steel plate. Equipped with an electric of bogie and rail on the bottom. |
Insulation materials |
Furnaces shall be lined with adiabatic high purity ceramic fiber felt (High-density block fold); the bogie hearth on the bottom shall be lined with high alumina bricks. |
