1ton melting metal electric furnace for steel , cast iron melting :

The induction coils of fast melting metal electric furnace are double paralleled winded with prolonged coil to make sure the half capacity of furnace molten liquid can be heated by full load power output which will improve overall efficiency. Cooling system is equipped along with the induction coil prolong the lining life.
5.The inner wall of induction coil of large capacity electric furnace is cast with imported high temperature resistant insulation material to prevent of furnace lining leakage.
Melting metal electric furnace structrue :
1. melting metal electric furnace body(melting unit )
Whole set of melting metal electric furnace contains four type. Melting units , power control cabinet , pouring system and compensation capacitor bank .
The whole sets generally have two furnaces using for melting and maintenance.
Furnace'sInduction coil installs in the central of the furnace, it has spiral body with rectangular empty brass circle around, the pipe center should be cooled with water. Cooper bar outside induction coil will connect with watercooling cable. The lining closes to induction coil, which made by burden, the method you can find in related parts below.
2. Tilting (pouring system)controller
The controller is a control box for tilting furnace. The switch on the controller can choose furnaces and the button can move around through the rubber soft line, and also
control the furnace for tilting and resetting (this part should be installed by users themselves)
3.Water-cooled cable
Water cooled cable is made of soft copper wires, hose, cable end, through them to connect with capacitor and furnace.
4.Capacitors
Capacitors compose of electric heat , holder, the converge-wires. It supply power.
5. Medium frequency power cabinet
medium frequency power cabinet will transmute three-phase ac power frequency into medium ac power.
