Machining process
a. Computer control cutting machine:cut the raw material in to pieces ,and computer control make sure that The smallest error .
b. Die casting machine: after cut the raw material we put the brass pieces into Die casting machine. and make the brass into valve body .
c. We use machine cut the brass pipe or bar raw material in to same pieces, after that send the brass parts to production line
d. CNC control make threads :we use CNC machine make threads of valve . in this step workers must use threads guage check to check threads 10 times per hour .
e. Drill hole:we use drilling machine to make hole on valve rod , after drill the hole we use drill machine make inner threads for valve rod to wedding with valve handle .
f. Digital supply machine transfer the brass parts to auto instrument lathe , Save more manpower cost.
g. We owe 25 professional auto instrument lathe , can make 50000 pcs nut or scrwe each day .
h. CNC machine line , we use this machine to make some complex construction products or high precision requirements.
i. Quality inspector, Our quality inspector need to check 300 pcs products each day , usually need to check the thick and threads of products . only get the certificate of approval workers can put the goods in to warehouse
j. Electroplating services , we support electroplating services , if customer needed we can do galvanized,Chrome plated
,Nickel plating on products
k. In assembly shop workers put products into nylon bags , that can protect goods away from the risk of rust.
l. After that make carton out side and with label on outside of carton
