HRS-150 Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester is equipped with a newly-designed large LCD digital screen with good reliability which is easy read;besides,it comes with built-in mini printer,enable to printer the data out automatically;humanized operational menu satisfies you easy handing.It is selectable for rockwell scales and plastic rockwell scales by means of data processing software.

- A scale: It is suitable for testing the metal more than 70HRC, such as tungsten carbide, hard alloy as well as the hard sheet material and the hardening material on the surface layer.
- B scale: It is suitable for testing non-ferrous metals and alloys, annealing steel or soft or medium hardness of materials.
- C scale: It is suitable for testing the carbon steel, tool steel and alloy steel.
- Automatically loading,dwell,unloading,without man-made error,easy operation and durable test;
- Large LCD digital screen,easy reading;
- Equipped with inside printer,print out the testing data automatically;
- Automatically store,process and print out testing result;
- Automatically calculate and display hardness value,RS232 super terminal setting;
- Exchange different hardness values among hardness scales;
- Modify hardness value error through software editor,make it accurate for requirement;
- Automatically import data into PC,make customized testing report(Optional);
- Machine accuracy is in line with GB/T230.1/.2, ISO6508-2 and American standard ASTM E18.
