  CU XLPE PVC Armored Medium Voltage Industrial  400mm2 xlpe cable

 

 

Construction:

Circular stranded compacted plain copper conductor, extruded layer of cross-linkable semi-conducting screen, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, cross-linked extruded semi-conducting insulation screen, color tape, copper tape metallic screen, three cores assembled together with non-hygroscopic polypropylene filler, wrapped with binder tape, extruded black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) inner cover, armoured by galvanized steel tape, binder tape, PVC or PE over sheath.

Application

Application

  1. The cable can be used for power transmission and distribution line.
  2. The cable can be laid indoors, outdoors, in tunnel or in cable trench or dust and directly in the ground in switching stations, between stations and underground to overhead conversion.
  3. Permissible continuous loading operating temperature is 90℃
  4. The ambient temperature under installation shall not lower than 0℃
  5. Permission short circuit temperature shall be 250℃.
  6. The bending radius of cable shall not less than 15 times of the diameter of cable.
