l Electronic control system
- Taiwan EVIEW touch screen,most of the actions can achieve visual operation, integration, quick response and easy understanding,a warning message will pop up at any time or the machine would probably be shut down may help the operator more efficient analysis and identify problems when operation missed or wrong.
- PID temperature control modules offer precise temperature control, digital visual adjustment, simple and concise.
- With the help of Japan's MITSUBISHI PLC computer and human-machine interface control(Chinese or English Version ), France's SCHNEIDER contactor and Taiwan`s MINGWAY light and electric switch, your every correct command would be quickly responsed.
- All processes fully automaticly operation: confirmations,temperatures,process time settings, working pressures, function selections, plasticizing capacities, cycle times, accumulated production volumes, change, retrieval, monitoring, troubleshooting features, are all implemented by touch-screen. all the components are durable, convenient for machine operation and maintenance.
l The hydraulic system
- Specially designed proportional hydraulic system, makes the system has the advantages of energy saving, fast response, power output stable and reliable.
- It has low noise and the product cost would reduced.Equipped with imported famous brand hydraulic components,and internal famous oil pump,makes the power output stable and reliable.
- AdditionAL,it is an efficient proportional control system,fast,stable and better frequency response.The price is reasonable,cost-effective than similar products in other countries
l Plasticating system
- Including Three-phasea synchronous motor,frequency converter, gearbox, heaters, screw,crew cylinder,and small turbine fans that covers each zone of the heater.
- Using quality steel 38CrMoAlA,the main part screw has the international standard after the treatment of structural improvement,nitriding,grinding,and polishing,which makes the screw has the advantages of high temperature endurable,corrosion resistance and low friction, and also the materials can be plasticizing adequately and mixed uniform.The hardness of the screw can reach and beyond 800HB,and the brittleness no more than 2 grade.
- In order to make the screw cylinder working normally under high temperature and high tears and wears,the cylinder was sprayed various alloys,and it was made by hastelloy alloy.
- Stainless steel hopper, the maximum guarantee of the purity of raw materials.
- The installation processes are open,customers can order the scalable configuration auxiliary machines,such as automatic feeding machine and drying machine or any others.
l Blow Head System
- The blow head was specially designed, the material was input from center of the head, because of the internal mirror treatment, the product converging lines would be completed eliminated, and the edge alternative would totally disappeared.
- Stainless steel heating ring, with the PID automatic temperature control module, which makes the temperature tolerance of control within one degree.
- The installation is opened, that is to say, in some circumstances, the head can be arbitrarily extended to two or more, and it is highlighting the efficiency advantage.
l Open and close mould system
- Useing the pairs of parallel, flat locking mechanism, and central locking,the force can be received balanced , and the deformation is small.
- Mold protection devices with grating sensor, it increases the operation safety.
- The matched mechanical arm can be extended configuration, for products, they can be highly efficient removed, and it improves the working efficiency, easy and safe to operate.
- Use of high pressure valve and double-rank arm, makes the clamping force stronger.
l Cutter part
- As the blow pipe was placed on the overall square-type rack,and it was drived by cylinder, the whole construct is stable and not shift, going through the electric heating cutter, the products` incision is very smooth.
