High capacity peanuts cutting machine/cashew nuts cutting machine
Peanut Chopping Machine:
This machine is mainly used in food processing industry:beans, nuts(as peanuts,almonds,
cashew nut,walnut, hazelnut, chestnut) different particle size materials chopped.
Material through the hopper discharge uniformly, sent by the conveyor belt into the shredding
bodies chopped, material crushed by vibration grading to get requirement particles.
The reciprocating speed of the cutter is constant, by changing the rotational speed of the
conveyor belt, namely increase the number of shearing material received, so as to achieve
the purpose of adjusting the particle size, and particle size usually can be 3-6mm.
Working principle:
1. The materials are fed onto the conveyor from the hopper;
2. The conveyor sends the materials to the chopping blades;
3. The chopping blades cut the materials at certain speed, by adjusting the speed of conveyor,
the materials would be chopped into different sizes;
4. The chopped particles are selected through the vibrating screen.
1. Difference size avaliable and adjustable.
2. It reduces the labor,improves operationg efficiency.
3. Peanuts peeling machine can peel chicpeas,almonds also.
4. Peeled peanut/chicpeas/almond are used for frying
