Belt Filter Presser
Belt type presser is developed by our factory independently. It is a new type of presser equipment based on the foreign similar products. This equipment adopts the neat arrangement press roller structure, it can continuous finish feeding, squeezing, filter net washing, residue discharging, etc. it has many advantage, high efficiency squeeze, great capacity of production, good washing effect, flexible operation, simple maintenance etc. It is mainly used in starch waste residues, pharmaceutical waste residue, fruit residue, etc.
Characteristics of the equipment:
- Reasonable structure design, the machine adopts galvanized carbon steel (stainless steel also available) materials. The frame structure is compact, occupation of area is small. It is strong and easy maintenance. All rollers are up and down well-arranged, the whole structure of equipment is tidy and beautiful.
- Advanced filter net flushing technology: the nozzle of filter net washing system sprays the fan shape water, it greatly reduces the consumption of water.
- Reliable operation performance: the rectification of this equipment adopts electric magnetic valve connected cylinder, it is near to control, fast response, filter strips bilateral rectification, fast reset. The whole system operating frequency is low, and the rectification amplitude is small.
- Electrical control system has a perfect chain protection device to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment operation, and it can prevent the complete machine damage by the wrong action.
