We will do 100% quality control for all the parts before we packing it.
First, we will wrap the parts with bubble bags and then put in hard cartons. Each parts will be divided by several card papers.
Second, we will place all the cartons on the plastic pallets and use fasten belts or plastic tape to wrap the whole pallets.
Third, various shipping methods are available for customer choice.

1. Are you factory?
Yes, we are totally factory, a middle sized factory in Donguan, Guangdong.
2. What is your leadtime for place an 500 pcs CNC machining parts order?
The leadtime for 500 pcs is depending on the parts dimension. Normally, it will take 7 days for a part with dimension not heavier than 500g.
3. How to control the quality?
We have strict quality systems such as ISO and TS. We have a special quality control department to
take care of the parts quality. IPQC and IQC and our PE engineers will check all the process and
reporting every two hours.
4. Can you accept the trade assurance on Alibaba?
Yes, we have Trade Assurance amount of USD 17000 which granted by . It means you will
get 100% payment refund up to Trade Assurance Amount if we can’t meet agreed delivery and quality
terms contained in the contract.
