The computerized sock knitting machine adopts computer controlling techn-ology,it can knit all kinds of socks,all functions are contuolled by electroni-ctube,step motor and servo electrical machinery.
The main color has 8 feeders,5 vice colors,each vice color has 3 feeders,so it can knit 16 colors including the main color in one yarn circuit.
Setting up 4 rectangle parts,knit the heels and toes with different color.
Servo motor and computer controlling enables it knit all sizes of socks freely.
Adopting automatic lubricating oil system,sense in yarn breaking,protecting device for breaking needle,improved productivity effect.
LCD display,languages including Chinese,English.
Keeping designs when power off or other accidents happen.
It can produce double elastic yarn:It can knit terry sock and plan sock,Have clamped needle knitting function etc.
When knitting the heel and toe,take the double shovel-needle technology.The angles is adjusted by computer.In this way,canimprove the efficiency,overco-me the short coming of single shovel-needle.
