DZ-500/L Vertical Type Vacuum Packaging Machine is using microcomputer control system which is used for precise and stable setting vacuuming, sealing parameters. It’s widely applicable to vacuum packaging of food, medican, electrical product and chemical product. The lid is made of stainless steel which is solid and durable of using life. Machine is designed of vertical move of lid, which are running smoothly and stable operation. It will be proceed automatically operation of vacuuming, sealing and cooling after close the lid. It could be customzed the different size and shape mould according to client’s requirement and keep the shape of packing item the same.
Technical Characters
1. Microcomputer control system which is used for precise and stable setting vacuuming and sealing time according to different packing material and packing requirement, easily for operation.
2. The lid is made of stainless steel which is good appearance, excellent sealing, high mechanical strength and easy clean.
3. Machine equipped with adjustable up and down clapboard which is convenience for vacuum packing different shape’s packing item.
4. Machine equipped with high efficiency vacuum pump, lower noise, big capacity and working stablely.
5. The material of vacuum chamber is made of #304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean.
6. The “V” shaped chamber lid gasket made of high-density material guarantees the sealing performance of the machine in routine work. The compression and wearing resistance of the material extends the service life of the sealing tape and reduces change frequency.
7. The main structure of the machine is made of #304 stainless steel, which ensures its elegant appearance as well as the anticorrosion in harsh caustic environment.
8. The adjustable heavy-duty food on the bottom of machine which ensure machine running soomthly.
