Reciprocating Type Vacuum Packaging Machine is full automatic type which two steel boards moving forward and backward alternately and worked continuously. It's suitable to mass scale cooperation's production packing, In order to improve the working efficiency, machine could be set one or bar sealing bars according to the size of production and requirement of production efficiency. This series machine's board has two moving way which by pneumatic and mechanical. The size of vacuum chamber also could be customzed according to the requirement of production size for customers. The working efficiency of vacuum packaging is depend on the exhaust port of vacuum pump, the vacuum pump capacity which listed in format is standard one, if customers require to big one, it could be configured for them.

1. Programmable Control System: SIEMENS PLC, it could be programed by customers' requirement
2. Vacuum Pump: strict quality examination systom insured the heat of vacuum packaing machine runned smoothly, (Different brand and exhaust ports of vacuum pump could be configured according to customers specifications)
3. Main structure's material: Main structure's material of vacuum packaging machine is 304 stainless steel, which insures the beautiful appearance and antisepticise under serious cauterization circumstance
4. "V" type lid gasket: The "V" type lid gasket is made from high density material which prolong the using life and wearable in the daily usage, it's also reduced the replacement time and production cost
5. Heavy moving wheel (with brake): The heavy moving wheel with high bearing capability, which makes customer moving easily
6. Adjustable worktable: Adjustable worktable is designed for providing more convenience for operator usage, operator could adjust the height of worktable according to packing production characters and operator's stature
7. Overturnable vacuum lid: Overturnable vacuum lid is designed for making maintain persion easily maintain
