A: Ratio of powder and water must be standard, more water will cause the machine agitator,belt damage,noise increases. 

Little Water in temperature within the specified range of ice cream can not be formed.

B: Slurry into the machine temperature should be keep3-35 ℃, the temperature is too low, too high will affect the normal use of the machine.
