HFCL CR HR SS Steel Coil Cut to Length Line Jinan
Thin plate cut to length line (0.2-4.0mm) cut to length line
Used for metal plate coil uncoiling, leveling, set length, cutting the set size and stacking. This line used for processing cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and other different kinds of surface plating metal.
Cut to length line is mainly composed of entry coil car, uncoiler, leveler, looping bridge, side guide, servo feeding device, shearing machine, transfer table, stacking device, etc. This line can configure trimming device.
This production line Hydraulic system main parts adopt Germany BOSCH-REXROT components and seals, electrical control adopt Japan Mitsubishi PLC program controller and Taiwan WEINVIEW touch screen to control all functions, main motor of leveler adopts AC Broadband motor, Inverter adopts Omron, which has high degree of automation, high shearing precision,stable and reliable performance, Easy operation and maintenance, etc

Cut to lenth line is used to cut hot-rolled steel coil, stainless steel coil, aluminum coil, cut into various specifications of the size, this line also can have trimming function, make the width size meet customer requirements
This cut to length line is composed of entry coil car, uncoiler, material-feeding device, simple leveler, transfer bridge, trimming shearer(optional), leveler, setting length device, plate feeder, cutting device, transfer table, thrower stacking device, Hydraulic system and electric control system
