Slitting line
I. Machine Description
The series slitting line makes the metal coiler after coil, slitting, rolling into the required width of the strips.
It is applied in processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after coated zinc on surface.
For demanding users the option of automatic edge or EPC in the opening material, which is convenient feeding, improve efficiency,
while improving cutting precision, the protection sheet.
EPC can also choose automatic edge control, to ensure uniformity rolling, especially for wide material winding.
Slitting line mainly consists of loading car, uncoiler, traction machine leveling, shearing, slitting machine, scrap side winder, tension agencies, rolling machines, unloading equipment and other components.

III. Configuration and Function
Uncoiling Production Line
Since establishment, extensive experience has been accumulated and advanced QMS and professional after-sales service been built. Our HUAFEI brand
machineries are produced strictly under the requirement of ISO9001 and professional after-sales service well provided by our experienced and devoted after-sales staffs.
Warranty: one year warranty from the date of delivery (excluding quick-wear parts), free repairing service for non-artificial damages within guarantee period, also free service can be provided only with spare parts charged after warranty period expires.
Training: Technicians will be sent for installing and commissioning, after testing, free training will be provided till operation mastered and machine running normal.
Maintenance: Once faults occur out of no particular reason, technicians will be sent for repairing within 24 hours (48 hours for out-of-province) after receiving notice.
Parts: spare parts are available all the time for customers
Documents: relevant documents, operation instruction, parts description etc, will be provided after contract comes into effect.
Technical support: technical support and maintenance will be provided by professional technicians during machine usage
