I. Overview
Soluble sulphide content in the drilling fluid can be used to determine the instrument. Soluble sulfides including hydrogen sulfide (H2S), sulfur ion (S-2) and hydrogen sulfide ions (HS-). In Garrett gas separator mud filtrate acidified, so that all of the sulfide into H2S, is foamed through the sample and carrier gas brought out.
