1. Simple Description
A: Henan drying coconut dust/chaff dryer coconut fiber drying machine is shaped as a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder.
B: Coconut chaff/dust/fiber is feed at feed port and discharged at the output port . In direct -type rotary dryer (cylinder drier), hot air move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material in the dryer, either downstream or against the direction of its flow. The machine is equipped with scatters equipment, make coconut chaff/fiber/dust fully touched with the hot air,so that have a very good drying effect.
2. Usage
==Drying coconut dust/chaff dryer coconut fiber drying machine is used for drying materials with a certain humidity lightweight material, such as bean dregs, wood chips,cassava dregs,Marc,distiller's grains,and others. Our special design equipment has a strong adaptability of materials and it can dry various materials.

1.) Our coconut shell drying machine is designed with anti-sticky drum-wall and assembled material-lifting board.
2.)This type drier machine,what worth mentioning is that our coconut shell dryer features convenient installation and transportation as a result of its flange connection.
3.)This drying equipment is primarily composed of feeder conveyor, heating furnace, drying device, and air intake and air outlet device, and more.
4.)Our coconut shell drier machine has the features of low noise, little pollution and good drying effect.
4. Working principle
Drying coconut dust/chaff dryer coconut fiber drying machine is consist of heating device,feeding device,transport device,discharge device,dust extraction device and other connecting parts .
For the installation process, the rotary drum dryer should slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the rotary drum dryer under gravity . Material to be dried enters the rotary drum dryer ,and as the rotary drum dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the rotary drum dryer . When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the rotary drum dryer , passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.
