GD-200 Composition of DTH drilling rig is a kind of high efficiency and multifunction drilling equipment. It is used to drill water wells, irrigation wells, ground source heat pump wells and other purposes of wells, especially suitable for mountain and rock strata water engineering. The rig can create jobs in different strata, the maximum hole diameter of up to 300mm.
The rig adopts new type of hydraulic technology, supporting high torque hydraulic motor rotation and large diameter hydraulic cylinder to promote, a factory engine for hydraulic system of powered, two stage air filter and connected with compressed air inlet design and prolong the service life of the diesel engine. Unique pump set design to facilitate maintenance, reduce maintenance costs. Centralized control of the hydraulic control table, easy to operate. The series of drilling rig used excavator crawler chassis, off-road performance is strong. Independent module design, can make drilling rig installed on the truck, increase its maneuverability.
Two speeds of rotating and advancing speed can meet the different needs of soil and rock drilling. Combined type positioner, according to different types of drill pipe and the impactor adjusted replacement of the positioning plate, ensuring the accurate and reliable centering and positioning. Hoisting winch convenient drill pipe and impact device, reduce labor intensity.
