Air cannon block clearer is a special device for the prevention and elimination of material bulging, stick on the bin or blockage in all types of silos, hoppers, cement preheating kilns, pipe crotches, mine winzes and landslip. It is applicable to all silos and hoppers made of concrete, steel, wood or plastic. Air cannon block clearers are widely used in coal mines, coal bunkers under the shaft, coal cleaning plants, cement factories, foundries, thermal power plants, sintering plants, gas plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, aluminum plants, soda plants, iron and steel plants, coking plants, pharmaceutical plants, mines, docks, grain and feed mills, concrete processing plants and other enterprises with silos, hoppers, pipeline and mine winzes.
Characteristics
1. Safe: Air cannon block clearer is designed and made according the National Vessel Norms prescribed by the government. Because air spurt in the vessel is instantaneous and a limited amount of air is used every time, no huge vibration to silos, hoppers and other structures or impact to warehouse wall will be produced. No spark switch is adopted, which will generate no explosion risks to the surrounding media.
2. Huge energy: Air cannon block clearer breaks blocks by airflow impact force produced through sudden explosion of air stored in the gas holder and acting on the material blocking area directly.
3. Low energy consumption: Air cannon block clearer works intermittently and each air inflation time is very short, so it consumes lower energy than any other block clearing device.
4. Low noise: Sound made when releasing compressed air is almost absorbed by material in the warehouse entirely; and the block clearer works intermittently, so noise produced is lower than that specified in the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygienic Standard.
3. Work Principle
Air cannon block clearer has the intensified airflow spurted by the compressed air suddenly at a speed of exceeding one Mach or higher than the speed of sound crush into the blocking area directly. This suddenly released expansion impact overcomes the static friction of materials and makes the material in the warehouse restore gravity flow.
