Modality for co-operation
1, Turn Key Project: a turnkey project is a project in which separate entities are responsible for setting up a plant or equipment (e.g. trains/infrastructure) and for putting it into operation. It can include contractual actions at least through the system, subsystem, or equipment installation phase and may include follow-on contractual actions, such as testing, training, logistical, and operational support. It is often given to the best bidder in a procurement process.
2, Establish joint venture SKD CKD motor vehicle assembly line plant.
3, Other Agreement cooperation mode.

1, Fund: have some economic strength, investment capacity over one million USD.
2, Bus assembly line workshop: 5000 square meter workshop at least, and over 15000-20000 square meters land.
3, Market channel: have ,motor vehicle sales channel (sales network) or car garage remanufacturing second-hand car, or with the car related businesses.
4, Import tariff policy: You country import tariff policy very nice, gap of import tariff between auto spare part CKD (completely knocked down) term and CBU (complete built unit) shall be at least 30-35%;
