• Needle bar and press plate are connected by cam-free double-swinging device to avoid lubrication and dirty material
• Multi-span and independent patterns(360°and 180°patterns are available)
• Automatic pause in the case that the top thread or the bottom thread breaks, automatic needle-lifting, and CNC speed adjustment

• No need to adjust the press plate' s position when the thickness of quilting materials varies
• Available features such as high rigidity, high speed of running, low viberation, low noise, and no impacts
• CNC system of new generation to ensure the precision and reduce excessive parameter adjustments and pattern modifications
• CAD drawing method to ensure the precision of pattern and facilitate the operation
• Strong functions of pattern-combining and multi-span quilting to enable you to quilt different patterns in each row in the mattresses of different sizes
