5 is equipped with a variety of specifications alloy nozzle, the nozzle can be rotated 360 degrees to locate, easy to install and replace;
6 down a total of three independent heating temperature, three temperature zones can be multiple sets of multi-stage temperature control while ensuring synchronization of different temperature zones for optimal welding results. Heating temperature, time, slope, cooling and vacuum settings can be completed on the man-machine interface.
7 bottom temperature can be set to the temperature control section 8, the mass storage temperature curve, can be called at any time according to different BGA, on the touch screen curve analysis can also be set and modified; three heating zones with independent PID algorithm control the heating process,

1.We have rich experience, As we know, how to control the temperature is very important when we soldering or desoldering the bga, our machine use PID control, the data acquisition frequency of our machine is 10ms(which means every 10ms the PID will grab the data to correcting the temperature,), but for most of bga rework station from other company, their PID grab frequency is 30ms,this is a big difference between 10ms and 30ms. That’s why our machine is more accurate.
