2.Digital Instrumentation for temperature controlling,K-type sensor for temperature measuring,therefore temperature is very accurate,have less changes.

3.Under the same conditions,it cn be used to solder different sizes of BGA Chips,have alarm fuction after soldering finished.

4.We prepared high-temperature cloth for you to prevent damage of the BGA Chip.
