3600/400 Fourdrinier Multi-cylinder Culture Papermaking Machine
This papermaking machine is used for making 40~80g/m2 high quality culture paper (copy paper, offset book paper, double-offset paper) and recycled newspaper.
Pulp is from fan pump, then goes into square taper main pipe-three-level step diffuser-evener roll, then is sprayed on the fourdrinier wire through lip plate. At first, it will be dewatered on the forming plate (under gravity action), then dewatered continuously by hydrofoil and suction box; when dryness reach up to about 6%, paper sheet will go into dandy roller; under the gravity action of dandy roller, paper will be groomed; Then paper will be dewatered efficiently by high suction box and suction couch roll under role of larger negative pressure. After dewatering, the wet paper sheet can be stripped from couch roll through suction transferring; then goes into four-roll two-nip press; after straight pressing, paper will go into dryer section to dry through calender; dry paper sheet will go into reeling machine through sizing, drying and calendaring.
