4300/350 two-side offset paper making machine
This paper machine is apply to produce 45-80gsm electrostatic copy paper, offset book paper, two-side offset paper etc high grade culture printing paper and recycle newspaper etc.
Process flow: pulp from fan pump through pipeline and flow into pyramid header, three- level step diffuser, rectifier roll for rectifying, jetting onto the fourdrinier by lip board, firstly dewatering on the forming board, then through dewatering board and wet suction box for continuous dewatering, to achieve the 6% dryness, then go into pulp roller, under the function of gravity of pulp roller to finish paper web, then under the high negative pressure function of high vacuum suction box and vacuum couch roll for high efficiency dewatering, after the series dewatering processing, the vacuum suction transfer will peeling off the wet paper web from the couch roll and go into four roll dual-nip zone for pressing, after flat press and smoothing pressing, then into dry section for drying, then go through sizing machine, drying, calendar to reel machine.
This paper machine can be divided into right hand and left hand type, single layer.
