3.The machine will be fully pre-erected at VALTEC workshop with complete on-mahine pre-piping in order to minimize mill site erection timing.

5.We shall provide the G.A. drawing, foundation drawing and layout drawing after receiving the advance payment.
6.We have the professional installation team to provide erection/or erection supervision, commissioning, test-run and training for customer. The customer shall provide international flight ticket, local transportation vehicle, food, hotel accommodations and salary for our engineers.
7.Performance and Mechanical Guarantee shall be provided for 1 year from the successful commissioning or 1.5 years from the date of Bill of Lading.

Q1: What is your min. capacity of tissue machine ?
A1: Min. capacity is 10 TPD, for this capacity the machine is single cylinder or fourdriner type tissue machine.
Q2: What is guarantee terms ?
A2: According to the international practice, performance and mechanical guarantee shall be for 1 year from the successful commissioning or 1.5 years from the date of bill of lading.
Q3: What is the production time ?
A3: Normally 3-4 months, it depends on the machine type and scope of supply. But we can arrange the partial shipment according to customer’s foundation construction schedule.
Q4: Do you provide the inspection report of equipments ?
A4: Yes, we shall inspect the equipment and issue the Ex-works Quality Certificate as well as the Product Inspection Report.
Q5: What is the standard packing for the machine?
A5: Normally wooden cases with fumigation. Unless otherwise specified, the equipment shall be packe in new and strong wooden cases and necessary measures shall be taken to protect the equipment from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion, shock and damages so as to make the equipment withstand, repetitious handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation.
