TW-V Self-propelled Thermoplastic Convex Road Marking Machine, made up of a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, a mechanical system, and a microcomputer system, can complete the construction of baseline and vibrating line at one time and mark lines with different bulge length and bulge spacing by controlling the microcomputer.
Features of TW-V thermoplastic convex road marking machine
lThe hydraulic step less transmission device can make the machine walk automatically, which is faster and more effective.
lFor traditional self–propelled vibrating marking machines, the liquefied petroleum gas tank is too taller than operator that their sight is blocked. Our new model overcame this disadvantage by rearranging the hydraulic system, pneumatic system, mechanical system and the microcomputer system, which makes the machine structure more reasonable and user-friendly. The most important thing is that the total weight of the machine is 50KG lighter.
lThe new designed vibrating marking hopper adopted several kinds of new materials and is more durable than ordinary hopper. The new arrangement of the pneumatic system and mechanical system on the vibrating hopper contribute to fewer breakdowns of the air cylinder and electric equipment by keeping the air cylinder far away from heat source.
lLines of different bulge length and bulge spacing can be marked by adjusting the control panel of the microcomputer.
lThe hydraulic system, pneumatic system and microcomputer system we adopted are all well-known international brands, which make our vibrating marking machine function better.

1)Microcomputer:The bulge spacing and the bulge length could be adjusted by the microcomputer. ONLY BULGE?ONLY BASELINE?AUTOMATIC?MANUAL?WELL,TAHT IS NO PROBLEM.
2)Speed controller: You want go forward? or draw back? faster? slower? Choose TOP WAY , you could do that.
3)Paint filter: Let all varia go away.
4)Honda engine: hard to find better one than it.

1. Q: Can this machine preheat the thermoplastic paint?
A: No. It needs to work with a preheater, like the last picture. The TW-H just can preserve the heat of thermoplastic paint.
2. Q: Do you have thermoplastic road marking machine with preheater?
A: Yes, we have. It is model TW-FJ, which is suitable for small line marking project. For more details,pls check home page.
3.Q: Can I adjust the line thickness? And how?
A: Yes, it could be adjusted by edging knife and hanger. The normal line thickness is 1.2-4 mm.
4.Q: How to mark lines in different width?
A:Change the marking hopper, change line width. We have varied sizes, from 50 mm to 450mm. Usually, the standard equipment is 150mm. The other size is optional. Also, we could produce special marking hopper for you.
5. Q: What about the after-sale service?
A: We are responsible to provide technical advise in the machine's whole shelf life. We help solving problems via whatsapp, skype,viber and email by sending pictures and videos.
6.Q: Could you produce customized machine?
