The DH-A4
Three independent heaters
The upper heater: hot air reflow heater,make the chip heated evenly.
The bottom heater and infrared heater can heat the back of PCB,prevent the PCB from deformation.
All of them can set 8 segments heating ,cooling and constant temperature parameters, store 10 groups of temperature parameters.
Accurate temperature controlling system
How to get the accurate temperature is the most importent aspect for reparing BGA chip.
As we know, how to control the temperature is very important when we soldering or desoldering the bga, our machine use PID control, the data acquisition frequency of our machine is 10ms(which means every 10ms the PID will grab the data to correcting the temperature,), but for most of bga rework station from other company, their PID grab frequency is 30ms,this is a big difference between 10ms and 30ms,
That’s why our machine is more accurate.
HD color optical alignment system
Optical zoom up to 30 times. Alignment can move around to enlarge BGA observation range, fine-tuning accuracy can be 0.01mm
Hot air nozzles and vacuum sucker
Hot air nozzles, 360 degree rotation, easy to install and replace, customized is available.
The way for supporting PCB board
V-groove PCB support for rapid, convenience and accurate positioning that fits for all kinds of PCB board.
Cooling system
Powerful cross flow fan, cooling the PCB board efficient after heating, to prevent it from deformation.
Sound hint system. There is an alarm before the completion of each desoldering and soldering.

CE certification, with emergency switch and automatic power-off protection device when emergency happen
