TW-CX Thermoplastic Road Line Cleaner is used before thermoplastic marking, to clean the waste old lines.
TW-CX Thermoplastic Road Line Cleaner is very stable, two lines of flume teeth can clean the waste line effectively, dissipate heat faster. The modified sealing technology makes the shaft more durable, the connection of every part more secured. And the machine frame adopted adjustable design, so every of the old and new remover teeth can clean the waste line in the best angle and quicker manner.

Features of TW-CX Thermoplastic Road Line Cleaner
1.Two lines of chute grinding heads are featured by the advantages of good dust discharge,fast heat dissipation and quick line removal etc, especially the encrypted built-in hard alloy tool bits effectively increase the service life of grinding heads.
2.High thermal resistant pad protects the remover teeth, reduces the dirt enter the shaft while remove the waste lines. The original machine, equipped with the shaft imported from German, increases the service life from one day to two to seven days.
3.Water tank has been added to reduce machine temperature and reduce dust, which prevents the grinding heads from being overheated, lengthens service life, reduces the dust entering the bearing and makes the grinding heads more durable.

1. Q: Can this machine preheat the thermoplastic paint?
A: No. It needs to work with a preheater, like the last picture. The TW-H just can preserve the heat of thermoplastic paint.
2. Q: Do you have thermoplastic road marking machine with preheater?
A: Yes, we have. It is model TW-FJ, which is suitable for small line marking project. For more details,pls check home page.
3.Q: Can I adjust the line thickness? And how?
A: Yes, it could be adjusted by edging knife and hanger. The normal line thickness is 1.2-4 mm.
4.Q: How to mark lines in different width?
A:Change the marking hopper, change line width. We have varied sizes, from 50 mm to 450mm. Usually, the standard equipment is 150mm. The other size is optional. Also, we could produce special marking hopper for you.
5. Q: What about the after-sale service?
A: We are responsible to provide technical advise in the machine's whole shelf life. We help solving problems via whatsapp, skype,viber and email by sending pictures and videos.
6.Q: Could you produce customized machine?
