1.Cut the hose using proper shears,automatic or manual cutters.The cut must be perfectly square and smooth.

2.insert the sleeve on the hose with the groove towards the hose side to be assembled.

3.Push the insert inside the hose.

4.Insert the nut onto the hose

5.Make the nut slide onto the external part of the insert(flare) and push the sleeve till it covers the bottom of the free insert.

6.Assemble the hose by positioning manual pliers on the sleeve covering its whole surface.Crimp till hand pliers open automatically.A second crimping is useful to obtain a safer assembling.
