Product Description
The rebonded foam machine is mainly used for mixing the crushed foam granules with glue binder, then automatic pour into the mould, pressed by the hydraulic system, then produce the rebonded foam disired density and height required. The machine has a mixing tank, work platform, pressing system, 2 manual moulds etc a set of assembly line (the machine can be added options of a steaming device, higher production efficiency).
