CPF-CX series ClO2 generator is a kind of wall-type, positive pressure and economic disinfecting system. It is adopted Positive Pressure dosing technology for the first time in the world. It can brought disinfectant solution directly to the pressured water with simple, safe, reliable, stable operation and other characteristics. It is specifically designed for small-scale water plant, deep well water supply and secondary water supply. The customers can install and debug disinfection system by their own in accordance with instruction provided by the manufacturer.
The way of clo2 producing:
5NaClO2+4HCl = 4ClO2+5NaCl+2H2O
Use of raw materials:
Sodium Chlorite: 78% Industrial Sodium Chlorite
Hydrochloric Acid: 31% Industrial Hydrochloric Acid
Technology:
Use sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, transmission in proportion of raw materials through two metering pumps to the reactor, produce quantitative, the concentration of more than 95% of high-purity chlorine dioxide solution added to water for disinfection. Raw materials conversion rate is more than 95%.
