Overview:
Dosing system is mainly used for water supply plant, boiler water, recycled water, wastewater treatment, can also be used in petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, water supply system and other industries. Modular unit dosing device, mainly composed of the integration solution tank, metering pumps, filters, safety valves, check valves, pulsation damper, water table, control cabinet mounted on a pedestal. Users can simply combined dosing device placed between dosing, dosing tube will connect the power to launch into operation, this system can greatly reduce the workload of the design and site construction for overall quality, safety and on-site commissioning to provide a reliable guarantee in a fatory.
Operation Principle:
Dosing system, is used in the form of integrated mechanical and electrical construction, on the installation can be divided into fixed and mobile (wheeled), each form of dosing device is equipped with a stirring system, dosing system and automatic control system . Several fixed skid can be combined into an integral, together with frequency control system, can achieve local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic dosing conversion.
