Automatic carchoal carbonization furnace
This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes / wastes into biomass charcoal.
The biomass briquettes / wastes will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace.
We have three models based on carboniztion type.
Type one:self-igniting type
Due to its rational/quatrate structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption.It adopted
Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality
of charcoal, and shorten charring period. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke
produced during the process of carbonization.

You could put the raw materails in the battel,tehn put the barrel into machine forcarbonizaiton.
Type two:air-flowing type:
It is our new developed products, and adopt advanced hot air carbonizing processing technology,
which greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increase to 99%and shortencarbonization time (4-8h),
and show features of easy operation, high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection.

inside barrel to put raw materials:
Type three:hoisting type:
Structure: One set furnace include one main furnace and three inner baskets, and necessary
hoisting tool or cranes.
Inner stove: the around steel thickness is:6mm, the bottom steel is boiler steel:8mm
Three inner baskets diameter are 1460mm, 1430mm, and 1400mm, height is 1.52m, so the inner
stove volume is 2.54 CBM,2.43CBM and 2.34CBM
capacity:coconut shell ( 2.5-2.8t/24h),wood (2-2.3t/24h). Wood briquette (2.5-3t/24h).
For above all models, suitable for same raw materails:
All kinds biomass, like wood log,branch,bamboo,rice husk,coconut shell, biomass briquette,etc
The inside of the machine is consist of insulating brick,which could prevent heat low when carbonizaiton.
