process:pulp making--tray forming--drying--packing
1. pulp molding system: Hydraulic pulper, High-frequency vibration sieve frame, Pulp pump.
2. forming system: Tiltering forming machine, Molds, Vacuum pump, Screw Air Compressor,
Vacuum buffer tank, Air compressor storage tank,Refiner machine
3. drying system: Conveyor, Blower, Induced fan, Burner, Bellows, etc
We have three types, two need build a small house for warming,other is compelet metal type.
4. packing system: Packing machine,use to stack up egg trays for easy transportation.
Raw materials:waste paper
Output: 800-5000pcs/h
Forming mold:made of aluminum , coul.d prevent rust for many years.
final product:all kinds of trays for egg,fruit,bottles, mask,etc.can customize based on your need.
