Introduction:

Construction Description:
1. Dig foundation pit: according to the instructions that includes septic tank type, size, elevation, put the line of pit excavation.If the underground water level is high, must be timely drainaged and set appropriateslope to prevent the collapsing.
2.Base cushion: covered sand thickness 50-100mm, removing the larger sharp masonryor hard debris and leveling compaction. The septic tank with a volume above 20m ³ shall make a 150 concrete cushion to maintain whole products settlement together. The FRP septic tank is installed.
3.Installation: When lifting please check outwhether FRPseptic tank water inlet and outlet direction and elevationmeet the engineering drawings.
4.Layered backfill: Prohibited the construction waste as the soil to backfill. Large sharp stones should be removed. Backfill soil shall be compacted layer by layer, preferablyuse artificialconsolidateand water compactionavoid locality violently impacting. Must comply with the provisions about construction specifications backfill jobs .
5.Septic tank irrigation: After installation in place, be filled with water and sand backfill to maintain stable position and prevent floatingor displacement.
6.Check and production: You can build brick inspection well as well as the corrugated pipe socket well.
7. Well connected: according to general sewer graph construction, strictly implement of engineering design elevation values.
