Service:
√ We provide 1 year warranty of products and shipment with 1% spare parts.
√ During the warranty period, repair or replace the faulty boxes and software maintains
and upgrades for free. We can discuss for any additional requirements from customers.
√ After the warranty, we only charge material cost fee for hardware and spares. Fixing
minor bugs of software is free. The charges will be negotiated for large changes in design.
