Rock reaction crusher is used in crushing all kinds of materials whose fineness is below 500mm,and the pressure resistance around 360mpa. It has the features of big crushing rate, efficient crushing, easy maintenance and cubic shape with final product. It is an ideal mining equipment for high road and water conservancy. With perfect features and good performance, impact crusher is widely used in high road consruction, water conservancy and construction process of gravel and so on. It has a better accability in granite,limestone and cobble,etc.
Rock impact crusher classification:
PF series reaction crusher is suitable for crushing hard rocks and its typical outputting size is smaller than 40mm. This model impact crusher such as PF-1010, PF-1210 can crush stone materials with input size between 100mm and 500mm and compressive strength is up to 350Mpa. PF-1214 and PF-1315 impact crushers are suitable for crushing hard materials and the typical output size ≤ 25mm. PFV1010, PFV-1210, PFV-1214, and PFV-1315 impact crushers apply widely to crush concrete, aggregate materials with typical final crushed size ≤ 30mm.

Working Principle Of Rock impact Crusher:
The materials are crushed via impact energy produced in the impact crusher. When the materials enter the zone of the board hammer, they are flung into the impact equipments via the high-speed impact of the board hammer. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the scale board. The large materials are crushed into small pieces until it becomes the specified granularities. The end products come out from the base of the impact crusher.

2. Check the lubrication system regularly ,when the impact crusher system is running.
3. Feed the materials evenly to avoid stones of too big size and materials that can’t be crushed.
4. Change the blow bar of the impact crusher timely ,so the crusher can keep the balance for long time running.
5. There is a strong impact on the materials when the crusher is running, and the engineers should keep the machine sealed so as to stop the dust flowing into the air.Impact crusher is a machine of high rotational speed and high inertia.
