  JG-FG-B Vertical Fluid Bed Dryer &Granulator

 

This machine has designed for multi functional – suitable for mixing, granulating, and drying. Conventional machines need 3 machines to complete the whole production, but, this Fluid Bed Dryer has three functions that dramatically reduce not only the production hours, labor cost, but also eliminate the contamination during the transportation. The production costs for extra mixer and granulator can be saved. As this machine has excellent performance; the high end product can be reached. The final granules are very even with goof flow ability, so when it proceed to tableting machine, the surface of tablets can be very smooth and even weight. Also for the capsule filling, the weight can be controlled very precisely because of good flow ability of mixed granules. Most important of all, this machine is so easy to operate, no need for professional technician to operate, simply follow this SOP operation manual, female operator an also easily handle it.
