Tinned CCS Wire and Cable
Tinned CCS wire is also known as "CP" wire,which is made of high class low-carbon steel,clad it with non-oxygenic copper by mechanical method,then plate the CCS wire with a layer of tin.Due to the high purity of layer,the copper and the tin combine close-grainedly.
Tinned CCS combines high conductivity and magneto conductivity of copper,high strength of steel,thermal conductivity,corrosion resistance of tin,not easy to be oxidated in high temperature,easy to weld.
- Application
It is widely used for lead wire and jumper of electronic components,core of RF cable,it has become a perfect wire of communication,electronics,electric power industry.
