I. Description
A rice cracker is one of the popular snacks in some countries of the world. It is a puffed food that is extuded and baked crunchy. Rice Crackers are a revolutionary rice cracker made in a unique way so they are thinner, lighter and crispier than any other rice cracker. This Process Line uses rice powder as raw materials, also can use wheat flour, corn powder etc as materials, by the process of mixing, extruding, shaping, baking and flavoring to produce baked rice crackers. This line is characterized by unique
technique, rational configuration, high automation and stable performance.
(1) Raw Materials: Rice Powder as raw material, also can use Corn Powder, Wheat Flour, etc.
(2) Products: By changing cutting roller on Shaping machine, this line can produce many innovative shapes, like Round, Triangle, Oval, Hexagonal (Sixer) etc. After frying, the chips will be quite crispy; spraying some seasoning powder will make them much savory and delicious.

FLOUR MIXER--SCREW CONVEYOR—EXTRUDER—ROLLER SHAPING-BAKED--FLAVORING MACHINE—PACKING
(4). VOLTAGE/FREQUENCY: THREE PHASES: 380V/50HZ, SINGLE PHASE: 220V/50HZ, WE CAN MAKE IT ACCORDING TO CUSTOMERS' LOCAL VOLTAGE ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES
(5). Machines Materials: All the machines are made by food grade stainless steel.
III. Details & Features
1. The Screw is made of durable hard alloy-38CrMoAl, with quite long using life.
2. Feeding Hopper uses Two grades mixing design which allows high feed speed and also avoid any block in raw materials.
3. Radiating Windows design ensure the thermal heat caused by machine discharge easily to extend the machine using life.
4. SIEMENS(China) motors are used, ensure the excellent performance of machines.
5. Cooper Pipes used for cooling cylinder, they are quite durable than plastic rubber pipes.
6. Food Grade stainless steel made Cutter cover meet strict food process safety requirements.
