DAC stands for dynamic axial compression. Dynamic axial compression technology provides a simple, user-friendly method for packing preparative scale chromatography columns. The DAC system allows for fast column packing of virtually any kind of packing material. The DAC system enables optimum column efficiency and linear scalability from laboratory scale to industrial scale due to superb packing and controlled fluid distribution.

The advantages of our DAC:
1.The design of column bottom sealing structure is unique. Sealing can be realized only by hand. It can stand the pressure from 150kg-180kg and never leak. Besides, the higher the pressure is, the better the sealing effect is.
2.Using hydraulic station replace the air- driven hydraulic pump. The output pressure of hydraulic station is flat and makes hydraulic cylinder descended at an even speed, which avoids the impact of interrupted output arising from the air- driven hydraulic pump.
3.The structure of the column is simple. It is only the tube connecting with the hydraulic cylinder and other parts are highly integrated, which guarantees the integrity. As a result, it is convenient for operation.
4.Pneumatic and electric power resources can be used.
5.The column is of high column efficiency.
